If you live in a few Southern California counties, you can pay with EBT at WaBa Grill if you qualify for the Restaurant Meals program. Several of its restaurants have signed up for this program. I didn’t see any WaBa Grill locations in Ventura, San Bernardino, or San Diego counties that accepted EBT, though. There are a few other Asian chain restaurants that accept EBT at some of their locations in Southern California as well and these restaurants include Yoshinoya and Teriyaki Madness. Yoshinoya has a lot of locations in both Los Angeles and Orange counties. But Panda Express, one of the most common Asian fast-food restaurants, doesn’t accept this payment option.
