The fashionable clothing store Anthropologie has a subsidiary called Anthropologie Weddings that sells wedding dresses. This store used to be called BHLDN and while its name was changed in 2023 some people still call it BHLDN. Like David’s Bridal, Anthropologie Weddings is one of the few chain retail stores that specializes in wedding outfits. You might also find some clothing to wear to your wedding at Anthropologie itself because it sells lots of fashionable dresses.
This store is likely to have higher prices than David’s Bridal. Many of its stores are located in upscale Southern California neighborhoods at premium malls.
Nordstrom
The department store Nordstrom also sells wedding dresses as well as accessories such as shoes and jewelry. It’s also that Nordstrom will have higher prices than David’s Bridal. I’d consider this store more upscale than other chain department stores such as J.C. Penney and Macy’s and some of the clothing it sells is very expensive. But it’s still one of the stores where you can try on a wedding outfit in person. While you can buy wedding dresses for low prices at many online stores, you can’t try them on first.
If you have a limited budget, the outlet store Nordstrom Rack may also have some wedding dresses and accessories in stock. You can also buy shoes and jewelry at Nordstrom Rack.

The main appeal of this store is that it sells clothing that normally costs much more elsewhere and that’s also true for its wedding dresses. You might even see a dress by Anthropologie Weddings or another premium wedding dress maker there.

This might also be a good store for a male guest to pick up a tuxedo because Marshalls is also known for selling more men’s clothing than T.J. Maxx.
